How do I change our named support users?

About "named support users"

Each RUNDECK PRO subscription comes with access to support services. The number of users who have access to these support services is limit to the number in your agreement (most subscriptions start at 3 eligible support users). Each RUNDECK PRO subscriber needs to designate which of their employees can access the support services. These designated people are called "named support users".

Yes. You can change the names of employees who are eligible for support at any time. New named support users are eligible to access support services 7 days after their name is submitted to Rundeck Inc. Of course, exceptions can be made to the 7 day waiting period on a case-by-case period.

To change your organization's list of named support users, please open a Case.
